- We ship to street addresses within the United States only (including the 50 states and D.C.). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

- We ship via established U.S.-based carriers (carrier selection depends on destination and service availability). Carrier names and available shipping services are shown at checkout when applicable.

- Flat shipping rate: USD 25 per order. Taxes and customs (if applicable) are not included.
Tracking and delivery updates
- Tracking information: When available, a tracking number will be emailed to the address on file once your order ships. Delivery updates are provided by the carrier; we are not responsible for carrier-provided delivery status.
Shipping address responsibility and changes
- Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned because of inaccurate or incomplete addresses. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately; address changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipment.
Undeliverable, returned, or refused packages
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, we will contact you. Reshipment will require payment of any additional shipping charges. If you prefer, you may request a refund for the order subtotal (shipping charges non-refundable if a flat rate was used), subject to our returns policy.
Lost, delayed, or missing packages

We will open an investigation with the carrier and work with you to locate your package. We may require proof of non-delivery before issuing a refund or replacement.
