This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted for purchases made through The Branded K & Co.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags and packaging intact
Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless received defective or incorrect:
- Sale or clearance items
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to improper use or care
Return Authorization
Customers must contact The Branded K & Co. within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Requests must include the order number and item(s) being returned.
Returns sent without prior authorization are not accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. Return shipments must be sent using a trackable shipping method.
The Branded K & Co. is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refund Processing
Once an authorized return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. Posting times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be requested within the return period and are subject to product availability. Additional shipping charges may apply unless the exchange is due to an incorrect or defective item.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item is received defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Eligible cases will be reviewed and resolved with a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund has been approved but not yet received, customers should allow time for their payment provider to process the transaction. Additional assistance is available by contacting our support team.
